Patent Attorney Candidates

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a patent attorney candidate in the field of physics / electrical engineering / computer science / aerospace engineering / process engineering / mechanical engineering. You have a broad technical interest and have successfully completed your studies or doctorate in one of the above-mentioned fields. You are able to abstract and concisely present complex technical issues.

With the aim of joining our partnership, we will train you in intellectual property law on the basis of domestic and foreign mandates. In addition to extra-occupational legal studies (Distance Learning University of Hagen), you will attend regular CEIPI courses held at our premises and the working group for patent attorney candidates in Baden-Württemberg, in which we participate.

Patent Paralegals

To strengthen our team we are looking for a patent paralegal. You work with accuracy and like to formulate. In addition, you have excellent German and English language skills. You will handle national and international correspondence with clients and attorneys as well as correspondence with patent offices and courts. You will support the patent attorneys in the preparation of pleadings and applications for intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, utility models, designs). You will be competent in using modern communication tools and MS-Office products. We offer a conveniently located workplace with a panoramic view in the center of Stuttgart.

Patent Paralegal Trainees

Patent paralegals support the patent attorneys in the preparation of pleadings and the drafting of applications for protective rights (patents, trademarks, utility models, designs). They are responsible for accurate deadline control and file management and work in the patent attorneys' secretariat. Patent Attorney Assistants are familiar with the most important legal provisions, handle national and international correspondence with clients and attorneys as well as correspondence with patent offices and courts. For this challenging job, we are looking for a motivated employee with a high school diploma, very good knowledge of German and English, who enjoys working with texts and using modern communication tools. We offer two years of comprehensive in-company training in an experienced team with accompanying vocational school and good training pay in our conveniently located city office with panoramic views in the center of Stuttgart and the prospect of a permanent position.
